Below are properties where the seller has agreed to let us operate as a Dual Agent. The benefit to the seller is they don’t pay the buying agent commission when we operate as a dual agent. The benefit to the buyer is the buying agent commission can typically be taken off the price of the home, used for closing costs or given to you as a check after close if approved by your lender.
The total commission paid is $1,497.50 paid by seller and $1,497.50 by the buyer for a total commission of $2,995 when we operate as a Dual Agent.
Licensed agents representing buyers can still bring a buyer and receive the “Buying Agent Commission” which is listed in the MLS.
