Redfin removed its pricing page in August 2026. After years of advertising lower commissions, Redfin quietly took down the page that showed their fees. They are shifting to a mortgage/closing bundle model and no longer compete on transparent pricing. ShopProp’s pricing has been the same since 2007: $1,995 buyer fee, from $7,995 seller fee.
